WiFi Plus is a great WiFi finder, and the best part is that it works offline too.
When you open the app it asks you if you want to search nearby, search by address, or search offline. Search nearby is for internet, it automatically uses your position and gives a list of places with internet close to you. You can then save to your offline list. In search by address you do just that. When you press the "search offline" button it asks you to enter a city, if that city is one of the ones you saved in"search nearby" then it gives you that list. Definitely something you want for travel.
